The Hazel Brill Jackson papers contains a manuscript titled "With the Italian Club and Climbs of Hazel Brill Jackson and friends." Hazel Brill Jackson (1894-1991) was an animal sculptor born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who studied with Angelo Zanelli in Rome. An avid mountain climber, she became a member of the Roman section of Italian Alpine Club in 1924 and was also active in the American Alpine Club.
